Criminal Mischief

Somerville, NJ - Somerset County Prosecutor Wayne J. Forrest and Chief Robert K. Gazaway of the Hillsborough Township Police Department state that the department has received several reports of slashed tires over the month of September 27, 2005 to the present time.

The incidents have occurred predominately in the Farm/Andria/Wildflower/Robin Road area, with an incident on Kaler Street, one on Meadowbrook Drive, one on Lynn Court and one on Lindstrom. The incidents have occurred between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The types of vehicle that have been damaged are Dodge, Nissan, Subaru, Honda, Toyota, Ford, GMC and a BMW.

Prosecutor Forrest and Chief Gazaway ask that anyone with information to contact the Hillsborough Township Police Department at 908-369-4323. As the investigation continues, Douglas W. Kimmelman, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crimestoppers of Somerset County announced a reward of $200 for any information, which leads to the arrest of these suspect(s).
